	Step One - Request A Quote: Customer completes the 'Request a Quote' form or calls Toll-Free 866.BLUESTAR (258.3782) to speak with one of our customer service representatives. The process takes less than 10 minutes.
	Step Two - Receive A Quote: Your BlueStar Energy representative will review your information, contact you with any questions and submit a customized quote to you, usually within 1-2 business days.
	Step Three - Service Agreement: Along with your quote you will receive a services agreement. Upon approval of your BlueStar Energy quote simply sign the agreement and return to us.
	Step Four - Account Setup: Once we receive your signed agreement, BlueStar Energy works with your current utility to facilitate your switch. Service with BlueStar Energy will begin on your next available meter reading.
	Step Five - Account Access: You will now have 24/7 access to your BlueStar Energy account by logging into our web-based billing and usage system. Here you can review your bill, make a payment, send an inquiry and monitor your energy usage.
