Group Relamping of Lighting Group relamping is when a set of lamps is replaced at a scheduled time. There are several reasons to schedule and maintain group relamping. Most of these reasons apply to fluorescent and high-intensity discharge (HID) lamps rather than incandescent because incandescents have a shorter lifetime and less lumen depreciation.
